Apply a little of your eyelid/eyeshadow primer such as Urban Decay Primer Potion under your eyes also, after your moisturiser/eye cream.
Then apply your undereye concealer on top of the eye primer And set with powder. This will take care of any creasing problems just like it does for your eyeshadow :)
