A dark-light-dark blue glittery eye inspired by Nic Chapman and Cheryl Cole at the Royal Variety performance where she had these lovely sparking eyes.  The camera din't seem to pick up the glitter 100% accurately, it was sparkly!

This is my first step-by-step tutorial.  If you prefer this format best, then please do comment and let me know :)

Products Used

* Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo Eyeshadow in Turquoise Forever (Base)
* MAC Contrast  (Inner Corner, Outer Corner, Lower Lashline and Crease)
* MAC Embark  (In Crease Lightly)
* MAC Turquatic  Glitter (Center of lid)
* MAC Smoulder Eye Kohl (Top Lashline and Waterline)
